Frequently Asked Questions

Are children welcome?

Children are beyond welcome. We encourage you to bring them. It is a festive atmosphere. Children are free to move around and play – there is not a concern if they are making noise or being active. They do not need to be confined to a table. Their joyfulness is a special part of the wedding environment.

Who is included in the invitation?

The invitation includes those on the invitation, any members of their household (for example: included are any extended family members who live with you such as Grandma), and any adult children with their families even if they live outside of the home the invitation was sent to.

What food is being served?

There will be Pakistani food. And, especially for kids (you can be a kid at heart if you want to), there will also be pastas. Both meat dishes and vegetarian dishes will be available. There will be several gluten free options. If you have specific allergies or diet requirements that we need to know about, please let us know and we will address them the best that we can.

Why is the RSVP not allowing me to add all my family members?

There is a software limitation that doesn't allow you to put more than 8 names in for your family when you RSVP. If you have more than 8 people in your family (as many of our guests do), please do bring them all! :) You can RSVP a second time for the other names, if you clear your cookies or use a different computer; or you can just put the other names in the comment box.
